Net Software Developer/VB.NET/ASP.NET

NBA Consultants is an expanding software provider based in West Yorkshire. We are in the process of re-designing our Logistics systems to meet the diverse needs of our customers. To that end we are looking for talented software developers with experience in relational and post relational databases and web technologies.
The successful applicants must have a good development background in a commercial environment and proficiency in .Net technologies, specifically vb.Net and asp.Net.
Exposure to any of the following: BizTalk Server, Microsoft Reporting Services, Pick/Multi-Value, DataBasic, or web-enablement software will be considered a major advantage.
The successful candidate will primarily be involved in the development of existing applications, upgrading and integrating them across platforms, extracting data from legacy systems and using .Net skills to maintain and update code. The successful candidate will be expected to assist teams in the production of new commercial software products, customer installations, technical support and training and should have excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to delivery. Must be self-motivated, have a logical and systematic approach to problem-solving, good time management and teamwork skills and an aptitude to get involved across the board.
