NBA provides support options to meet all customer requirements, which range from standard weekly support to 365 day/24 hour cover. Support can be tailored for temporary or occasional periods of cover.
The NBA helpdesk is open for standard weekly support from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our technical support team can identify and resolve the majority of issues quickly, but can also call upon specialist internal assistance or, for third party products, refer queries to specialist support providers. We aim to solve all support queries within 2 hours.
In addition, we provide first line diagnostic support for computer hardware and operating systems and problems with related technology. Full time hardware and communications expertise is available at all times.
